Steph graduated from The University Of Tasmania in June 2018 with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a postgraduate degree in Exercise Physiology (Professional Honours).

Since graduating, Steph went on to work at a government funded clinic running both group and individual classes. Steph has experience in a wide range of conditions and injuries including musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and neurological. Additionally, she ran sessions for acquired brain injury patients, found a keen interest in treating chronic back pain and has treated rare conditions such as Transverse Myelitis and Guillain-Barre syndrome.

Steph decided to move from Tasmanian in late 2018 with no idea where she wanted to go. Having only planned Gold Coast to be a stop along the way Steph pulled in and never left. She loves the weather, water and lifestyle up here. When she isn’t working Steph enjoys playing squash, trail walking and exploring this beautiful state!

Steph is extremely passionate towards the area of oncology and one day hopes to open her own clinic specifically tailored to the holistic care of patients, family members and survivors of cancer.
Steph possess strong communication and personal relation skills, she loves getting to know her clients and working together with them to create a treatment plan that is both effective and achievable.
