Occupational Therapist – Brisbane
Lauren recently graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (honours). She has had clinical experience in the areas of paediatrics, community aged care, home modifications and equipment prescription.
Lauren is an enthusiastic clinician who prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with her clients and their families. Lauren strives to empower and facilitate her clients to reach their goals through adapting interventions to suit each individual’s needs and is passionate about enabling people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Lauren strongly believes in being a life-long learner and consistently building upon her clinical skills through professional development to ensure she is providing a service that is evidence based and client-centred. Lauren highly respects the other allied health disciplines and believes that a multi-disciplinary approach is often the best way for a client to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, going to the beach, eating lots of delicious foods and binge-watching Netflix.
