High-quality Allied Health services

As a national Allied Health provider, Gen Physio works closely with a range of Case Managers and Home Care Package Coordinators to deliver high-quality Allied Health services within the community.

Our Agency-funded consultation prices include travel, so there are no surprisesOur rates are extremely competitive whilst maintaining the highest quality of service. We encourage you to contact our Client Services team for further information or to set up a Brokerage Agreement (please note that our NDIS service attracts an additional travel fee).


Our clinicians

All our clinicians are employees of Gen Physio to ensure we provide an excellent and consistent standard of service. Our dedicated clinicians work under Gen Physio specific systems and processes. Each team member receives a high level of training and ongoing support from the management team, along with regular external professional development.

Our client service team

Our large administration team consists of a dedicated Client Accounts and Client Services departments that are staffed for a minimum of eight hours each day, giving our referrers and clients easier access to communicate with us. Give them a call or use our live chat feature today!

Our services

Brokerage services

We currently provide brokerage services for a range of government-funded streams:

  • Home Care Packages (HCP) Lv 1 – 4
  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program
  • Transition Care Services (TCP)

    Our reports

    Our Allied Health services are delivered within government guidelines and we work with community package providers and their clients, to design treatment goals within an achievable frequency and duration.

    Gen Physio will report back to Case Managers with initial assessment reports as requested and also provide recommendations for further treatment and management. Reports are completed promptly, and we aim to send these within four days of the initial consultation.
