How quickly can my client start?
We aim to have your client's first physio visit within 7 days of receiving the referral. Start dates depend on clinician availability in the client's area and on how quickly you and the client get back to us, so this can't be guaranteed. We'll let you know as soon as it's booked.
What do I need to make a referral?
The client's name and contact details, their suburb, funding type and a short note on what they need help with. If you don't have everything, send what you have and we'll follow up.
How will I get updates?
We confirm when the first visit is booked, then keep you updated on your client's progress and plan. You won't need to chase us.
Do you only visit clients at home?
We're a 100% mobile service. Our physiotherapists visit clients at home, in the community or in residential care, wherever suits them best.
Is there a cost to refer?
No. Making a referral is free. Sessions are funded through the client's NDIS plan or Support at Home budget, and we'll confirm this with them before the first visit.
