JUST GRADUATED?
You’ve spent years studying how to make a difference, now it’s time to do it. Your first year isn’t about being thrown in the deep end. You’ll start with a gradual caseload, shadow experienced clinicians across disciplines, and have 1:1 supervisors available whenever you need them.
You’ll be backed by your Team Manager and Regional Clinical Supervisor, with regular connection to your peers, so you’re never on this journey alone.
Along the way, you’ll explore different areas of practice, build real skills, and discover what excites you as a clinician. This is how you build a career that lasts, at your own pace.

Our 12-month New Grad Program is hands-on, supportive, and tailored to your discipline. Developed by our Clinical Supervision team to build you up at a pace that feels right.
In your first few weeks, you’ll get to know the team and our systems, and shadow clinicians across disciplines. From week 3, you’ll start seeing clients with plenty of support, building your caseload gradually with regular check-ins. For the first six months, we keep things manageable so you can focus on building skills and confidence.
Hands-on learning — regular shadowing with clinicians and supervisors in your discipline, plus MDT shadowing to see how disciplines support one another
Guided theory — practical grounding in NDIS, aged care, and paediatric programs, with templates and resources to support great clinical outcomes
Protected admin time — non-billable time balanced to your caseload as you grow
IT kit provided,laptop, company-paid mobile, iPad (role-dependent)
Uniforms and PPE/First Aid suppliesincluded
Client supplies reimbursed as you build your caseload
Equipment ordered and delivered to your home by our support team
Dedicated Clinical Supervisors for every discipline, focused on quality care outcomes

Professional development
$2000 per financial year of professional development spend, and 3 paid days of study leave to access.
Vehicle Allowance
If you want to use your own vehicle, we have an annual $9600 allowance. This is paid to our team in every fortnightly pay run.
