Our mobile Exercise Physiologists are experienced working with different age groups, fitness levels and medical backgrounds. They will work with you at your pace and utilise personally tailored exercises to optimise your health and reach your individual goals.
We can conduct consultations and exercise sessions in the privacy of your own home or a location that suits you. This can be within your own home, aged care facility, work or even your local gym or pool. Our goal is to utilise exercise to help you improve your quality of life, as quickly as possible.
Our Exercise Physiologists are extremely knowledgeable in the management and treatment of:
Exercise physiologists use the initial consult to get to know you, and how we can best help you. We try to get to know your medical history, lifestyle and physical activity habits, so that we can develop goals together to best serve your needs.
After we get to know you, your exercise physiologist will develop a few assessments that will give us some baseline information. These assessments will then be redone after a few sessions, so that we are able to see if the exercises we have given you have allowed you to progress towards your goals.
Hydrotherapy is best defined as therapeutic exercise completed in a heated pool and can be very beneficial as it assists in improving pain management, mobility, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
All our exercise physiologists have experience with hydrotherapy, and often see clients at pools within the community. Your exercise physiologist will complete an assessment, and work with you to formulate a plan to allow you to complete hydrotherapy in a safe and beneficial environment.
You can learn more about the treatment and benefits by visiting our Hydrotherapy page.
