Common-wealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme is an entry-level government-funded initiative designed to assist older Australians who require low-level support to maintain independence.
CHSP Key Benefits

Progress can be tracked through measurable clinical outcomes. With consent, video tracking may be used to monitor improvement over time. Reports can also be shared with family members and relevant stakeholders to maintain transparency and coordinated care.

- Mobile Clinicians: Visit your home or facility at a convenient time.

- Equipment Provided: All tools for in-home treatments.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
